Balboa Park Engagement | Brittni & Nima

Last week’s engagement session took me back to Balboa Park. But first, we stopped at a really fun San Diego hot spot!

Brittni and Nima are a fun loving couple, making their engagement session so natural and easy. First, we met up for cocktails at Polite Provisions in North Park. When in San Diego, this is a mandatory stop. A super cool and beautiful old-timey yet modern bar. This was actually a perfect location for engagement photos, with all the natural light and beautiful details.

After a few drinks, we took our shoot to Balboa Park, the photography gem of San Diego. I could shoot at Balboa Park a thousand times, and us a different part of the park each time. There are so many picturesque spaces!

And I love photographing people like Brittni and Nima, who are warm, open, and game for anything. It makes it all that much easier to capture their personalities and their love for one another. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate  this summer!
